Jack Rudy began developing these Lavender Bitters as an accompaniment to their Sweet Tea Syrup, and as lighter alternative to their robust Aromatic Bitters (also available at Paper Skyscraper). They found a beloved cocktail called "The Daytripper" and Lavender Bitters were an essential element. Working with some friends at Cocktail Punk in Colorado, they had access to gorgeous domestic lavender that was the perfect component to their foray into a more aromatic bitters expression.

If Jack Rudy's original bitters are rich, potent and classic, these bitters are elegant, subdued and modern; they are a fresh take on a classic ingredient, and will be right at home with Vodka or Tequila, and bring a freshness to the traditional Gin & Tonic.
