30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, no exceptions will be made.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

You can return a product if it was damaged, you received the wrong item, or if you want to exchange or return the product. Please note that this is only possible within the first 30 days after purchase.

Damages and Issues

Non-returnable Items

Seasonal items, such as Halloween decor, Christmas items, and similar holiday-themed products, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
