Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping on Orders $75+

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within the United States of America. The shipping threshold is calculated after all discounts and promotions have been applied. This offer applies to online purchases only and excludes items available exclusively in-store. Bogg Bags and heavy items are EXCLUDED from free shipping.
  • We reserve the right to exclude any item from free shipping based on these terms. Shipping to multiple addresses and international locations is also excluded. Other exclusions may apply.

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, either the same day or the next day, depending on the time the order was placed. The expected delivery date is displayed at checkout.

  • We use the shipping company selected by the customer at checkout. For orders that qualify for free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method at our discretion.
  • Orders should typically arrive within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted at checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back as we expand our services.

Shipping Delays and Exceptions

  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays or carrier disruptions) may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
