Our buying team is always on the lookout for unique gifts to bring in. Please email information on your products here, and explain why you believe they would be a good fit. If we feel it’s a category or item that we are in need of we will be in contact.
We have an entire section full of gift bags, wine totes, wrap sheets, ribbons and rolls for purchase. We don’t typically offer gift wrapping services, however are more than happy to put together a gift bag with tissue for you.

There is free street parking up and down East Boulevard, as well as in front, behind and on the side of our store.

Absolutely! You can shop products from more than 400 of our brands online at any time. There are some products and brands that are exclusively available in-store only, which we are still happy to ship, just give us a call.
Yes! When checking out, select “Pick Up” and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection. If placed during store business hours and at least 2 hours prior closing it will typically be ready within 2 hours.
If you'd like curbside service, we'll provide instructions with your order.
Yes! We are working on a system for same-day local delivery that we will announce soon.
We offer free domestic shipping to US destinations when your order exceeds $100, otherwise there is a tool to estimate the delivery price that can be found when you click on your Cart.
We fulfill online orders Monday through Friday within 48 hours of receiving the order. (Assuming all items are in stock and available for immediate delivery.)
Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and should arrive within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stipulated.
Promotional codes cannot be combined. Store gift cards cannot be utilized on orders utilizing a promotional code. Discount codes can only be used once for online purchases, so make sure to use it up on one transaction!
Submit a support request and we’ll generate a free return label for you. Return shipping is free, however initial shipping charges are non refundable.
Purchases of some brands are final sale. For all other brands, we have a 21-day full refund return policy if accompanied by a receipt and/or online order number. View the final sale brand list on our return policy page.
Bogg Bags are excluded from free return shipping.
Gifts or items not accompanied with a receipt or order number are eligible for exchange or store credit. We can gift wrap your online purchases for a $5 fee per gift. At checkout, please indicate in the comments section which items are to be gift wrapped as well as which can be wrapped together.
