Paper Skyscraper is currently offering free domestic shipping and returns on orders over $100.
We typically ship products via USPS or UPS Ground. Unless otherwise marked, most orders placed between Monday and Friday are shipped within 48 hours.
For our local customers, we will also offer local on-demand delivery, as well as in-store and curbside pickup.
Returns and Exchanges
We’re happy to offer free returns and exchanges (on orders over $100) on full-priced items purchased online or in store, in unused condition, within 21 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method or store credit. Items must accompany receipt or order number. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Store credit will be issued for gift items, items without a receipt/order number or items over the return policy of 30 days.

Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs or additional fees charged for returns or orders that were initially less than $100.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we’ll promptly issue a full refund in the original form of payment. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card account. Can I return my purchase in-store?
Full-priced items, excluding those marked as Final Sale, purchased online or at Paper Skyscraper may be returned, in unused condition, in-store within 30 days of purchase. Please note that refunds issued in-store can take up to 2 business days to process.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
To return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please click here to submit a support request. If possible, please provide the first and last name of the person that placed the initial order. Kindly note all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?
Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
