For more than twenty years Paper Skyscraper has been hanging out in Charlotte's
historic Dilworth neighborhood. The tiny bookstore we opened years ago featuring architecture, interior design and commercial
arts books has grown to 5000 square feet of currated books, cards, and gifts. The
book collection now includes fiction, cooking, inspirational, humor, travel and children's titles. Gift items include
bath and body, home accessories, games, toys, frames, purses, travel bags, glassware and pet items. We
feature stationery, cards, giftwrap, magazines, notebooks, journals and calendars. All
our items are chosen with an eye for design and appeal. And we carry our sense of humor into all areas of the store.
There will something to delight, surprise, educate and maybe even raise an eyebrow. Laughter is a constant at Paper Skyscraper.
We have won many awards from local newspapers and publications and are featured
on local TV newscasts regularly. After twenty years we are proud to still be "Charlotte's Best Gift
Store."
